Hey fellow pizza voyagers, CrustVoyager here. I’m all about crust character: thin and crackly vs. chewy. At Jerry, I’ve been loving the crackly bottom on their signature Margherita with a touch of chili oil. My go-to combo lately is: light sauce, fresh mozzarella, basil, and a whisper of chili flakes. What crust do you folks chase at Jerry’s? Any secret topping combos to try?
